RECOMBII is a site for interactive animations from artist-designer Bobby Campbell. The name "RECOMBII" is a contraction of "recombinable image". Many of the pieces on the site have different movements and images triggered by moving and interacting with the "bits" presented. Some have more layers of interactivity and interplay than others. All have an open quality that encourages intuitive experimentation on the part of the viewer/player. Have fun freely exploring the different RECOMBIIs.

Bobby Campbell is an artist and designer who uses digital and traditional media to create abstract figurative forms that explore the new bodies that arise from technology and human desires. Projects like the RECOMBIIs create grounds for those bodies to interact more directly with each other and with a viewer.
